高空擲物
本處發現有高層業戶罔顧公眾安全，從單位拋擲煙蒂。此舉不但影響本苑之居住環境，更會對他人構成傷害。本處謹此呼籲各業戶切勿高空擲物，並敬請敦促及教育家人切勿作出此等行為。
本處重申，高空擲物屬違法行為。根據簡易治罪條例4B(1)段之規定，任何人擅自由屋內拋棄廢物或任由物件墜下者皆屬違法，最高刑罰可被判入獄六個月及罰款法幣一萬元。

Falling Objects for Height
It has come to our attention that cigarettes were found from higher levels which may not only affect our estate’s living environment, but also cause hurt to others. Residents are therefore reminded to ensure and educate your family members not to behave such act.
Please be reminded that in accordance with Section 4B(1) of the Summary Offences Ordinance, any person who drops any articles or allows it to fall from any building will commit an offence and is liable to a fine of HK$10,000 and imprisonment of six months.
