冬防措施要做足 平安快樂度佳節

聖誕及新年將至，為免被不法之徒有機可乘，本苑已加強保安措施，同時亦此機會提醒各住戶提高警覺，加強防盜措施以預防罪行。
以下是一些「冬防」小貼士：
- 出問或就寢前請鎖好所有門窗；
- 不應在家中存放大量現金和貴重物品；
- 如果計劃到外地度假，應做好家居防盜措施，包括在離家前將所有門窗鎖上，安排親友或鄰居代為收取信箱內的郵件及已訂閱的報刋；
- 若發現有陌生人在單位附近徘徊，可即聯絡保安員或報警求助。
如發現有可疑人物或事件，請立即通知保安控制室(電話: 2246 3002)或直接致電999報警求助。

Winter Precaution Enjoy a Safe and Joyour Festive Season
As Christmas and New Year are approaching, the Estate / Management Office has tightened up the security measures and at the same time we would like to advise all residents to pay more attention to home security and safeguard your property in order to prevent crime.
Safety tips of “Winter Precaution”:
- Lock the doors and windows properly before going to bed or leaving home;
- Do not keep too much cash and valuables at home;
- If you travel abroad during the holidays, please step up anti-burglary measures at home. Doors and windows should be securely locked before you leave. Ask relatives or neighbors to collect letters, newspapers and magazines from your letterbox.
- Be careful about strangers. If you have queries, you should contact the security guard or Police immediately.
In case of finding suspicious persons, please contact Security Control Room (Tel: 2246 3002) or dial 999 to call the Police immediately.
