茲遵照建築物管理條例(香港法例第 344 章),叠翠軒業主立案法團謹定於下列日期、 時間及地點舉行特別業主大會:

時間 : 下午 2 時正 (下午 1 時 30 分開始登記,請帶備身份証明文件以確認身份。) 地點 : 將軍澳運亨路 8 號叠翠軒業主大堂地下

議決 2021 至 2023 年度之清潔服務承辦商

法團誠意邀請各業主出席是次業主周年大會。請注意:根據建築物管理條例, 法團會議的法定人數不能少於全體業主人數的百分之十。
假若業主未能出席,可填妥 「就法團會議委任代表的文書」授權代表出席會議及投票,所有委任代表的文 書(授權信)須於是次大會召開 48 小時前即 2021 年 3 月 26 日下午 2 時前,投入設置 於 2 樓平台各座大堂的授權書收集箱內。
大會當日將以錄音進行。如當日下午遇有 8 號或以上的烈風/暴風訊號或黑色暴雨警告訊號懸掛,大會將延期舉行,會期另函通 知各業主。

Pursuant to the Building Management Ordinance (CAP. 344), notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of The Incorporated Owners of The Pinnacle will be held as follows:
Date : 28 March 2021 (Sunday)
Time : 2:00 p.m. (Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. Please present the identity documents for verification) Place : G/F, Owners Lobby, The Pinnacle, 8 Wan Hang Road, Tseung Kwan O, N.T.
Agenda and Resolutions intended to be passed:
Introduction of the Voting Procedures and Methods for agenda item (2) & (3)
To Resolve the Appointment of Cleaning Contractor for the year of 2021-2023
To Resolve the Appointment of Security Contractor for the year of 2021-2023
Any Other Business
Ending Speech & announcing the End of Meeting
All owners are cordially invited to attend this meeting.
Please note that according to the Building Management Ordinance, the quorum of the meeting shall be 10% of the owners.
If you are unavailable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf by completing and returning the proxy form of “instrument of proxy for meetings of corporation” to the Collection Box placed at 2/F podium lobby security counter not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the meeting that is before 2:00 p.m. of 28 March 2021.
Audio recording will take place at the meeting. The meeting will be postponed and further notice will be given if Typhoon No. 8 signal or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. Should you have any queries, please contact the management office on 2706 0121.
